Cancellations

We request that you cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment in order to avoid any charges. You must speak to a receptionist in order to cancel and you will receive a cancellation number for your reference.

We strongly deter No Shows. We charge full price of the service if you choose not to call to cancel the service.

Our prices and services are subject to change without notice.

Cell Phones

To keep our environment serene and calm for all to enjoy, we request that all cell phones and pagers to be turned off or muted for the duration of the service.

Gift Certificates

La Nana gift certificates may be purchased for any dollar amount over $15.00 to be used toward any services or products of the individuals’ choice. It may not be used toward the gratuity for your aesthetician, hair stylist or massage therapist. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment on all gift certificates.

Product Return Policy

La Nana has a 15 day exchange policy. If you experience any problems, please bring them back within 15 days of purchase and we will exchange them for other products or spa credit of equal value. These products must be accompanied with a receipt of purchase.
